Alliance Fitness Center has been part of the Earth Fed Muscle wholesale family since September of 2022.
Tell us a little about yourself and your business. What kind of facility do you have? Who do you serve?
Alliance Fitness Center in Wyomissing, PA is a private, service-based gym. We specialize in personal training, athlete training, nutrition coaching, group fitness, and massage. We serve everyone—our clients currently range from age 14 to 86.
Why did you choose to become a wholesaler with EFM?
We believe in the products! EFM makes it easy to trust in them when their ingredient lists are short and understandable, their flavors are tasty, and their products work as intended!
How has selling EFM in your facility helped/changed your business?
Providing EFM to our clients has reassured us that our clients are using quality protein and supplements. When we only get to see them for a few hours each week, it helps to know they’re consuming the best protein out there when we’re not with them.
What has helped you be successful as an EFM wholesaler?
We have a list of our EFM VIPs—clients who have made an EFM purchase at one time. We reach out to them before we place an order to see if they need to restock any of their supplies, to ensure they’re never without their favorites. We love providing that extra level of customer service for them!
What do your clients love about having EFM available to them?
They love having EFM available on-demand because they can restock their supply straight off our pro shop shelves. Plus, they trust us as their coaches to be their source for healthy fitness and nutrition advice, so it helps that we can immediately point to our pro shop when they inquire about quality protein and supplements.
What are your best-selling products and why?
Our best-selling proteins are Whey Back Vanilla and Ca-Cow Chocolate… we refer to them as the “gateway proteins” to the rest of EFM’s awesome flavors. Who doesn’t love vanilla and chocolate? And the Keystone Collagen Superprotein is our other big hit!
What advice can you give to other wholesalers?
When you believe in the products, EFM is easy to sell, because selling is just facilitating behavior change in our clients. We already believe in getting stronger, building muscle, and consuming quality protein and supplements, so it should feel easy to sell EFM when it contributes to all those things!
