Our Olympic Weightlifting program is designed to increase your numbers in the clean and jerk and snatch, and help your accessory lifts like back squat, front squat, and others, climb. Follow along with Olympic Weightlifting phenom CJ Cummings as you develop strength, technique, and confidence to hit your goals on the platform. USA Weightlifting coach Ray Jones coaches CJ, and USA Weightlifting coach and EFM co-founder Dane Miller guides you through the program.
