I am getting on the mats anywhere from 3-4x / weeks Sometimes upwards of 10x rounds / session so my gym / strength and condition program can’t be too intensive -earth fed combat sports program is LEGIT !!! Lots of explosive movements ( cleans jumps etx ) I haven’t completed the whole program just yet .. but so far it’s rad AF Thanks guys
