How to Use
Take about 20 minutes before beginning the active portion of your workout. Mix 1 scoop with 8-16 oz water.
As you warm up, you will notice the brain/body connection produced by the tyrosine and the taurine.
As you work through your warm up, you will feel a distinct connection to your muscles, that’s the betaine and citrulline malate acting.
As you begin your training session, there will be an itchy/tingly feeling along with a great sense of motivation. That is the synergistic effect of beta-alanine (tingly feels) with caffeine (sense of motivation)!

Our Dragonfruit and Lemonade Stammpede pre-workouts get their buzz from the stimulant beta-alanine.
During the humid times of year, and especially in warmer, more humid climates, beta-alanine is known to absorb moisture and clump. These clumps do not affect product quality or performance, and are easily broken up with a utensil.
To minimize any potential clumping, always store stimulant-based pre-workout in a cool, dry place with the lid closed tightly.

Discontinue use immediately and call a physician if you experience chest pain, tremors, dizziness, severe headaches, nausea, irregular heartbeat or shortness of breath. Consume a minimum of 120 ounces of water daily in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Great Flavor, Mixes Smooth, Efficaious Dosing
Too many pre-workouts these days are crammed full of a bunch of buzzword ingredients, many that have little scientific evidence that they even do anything, at too little doses and have a ton of caffeine in order to trick you into thinking that you're getting something out of them. This is product is such a breath of fresh air because it totally bucks that trend. Every ingredient is an evidence-backed supplement that is dosed at good levels. The caffeine is dosed at a respectable 250mg, which is plenty to get you locked in for your workout without being wired for the rest of the night. This is all while tasting great, mixing super smoothly, and not using any artificial dyes/flavors. The only thing that I'd love to be included in the ingredients is 5mg of creatine so that I don't have to add it in myself, but that is truly splitting hairs. I've completely ditched my previous pre-workout for this and will not be looking back.
