I wouldn’t recommend it for a complete beginner, although if you are up for a challenge why not try it, I’m only on week 3 and some exercises became much easier than they were at first, stick with it and focus on form and you’ll feel much stronger.
The way Earth Fed Muscle sets up their programs is great-- informative and helpful photos to go along with each exercise and easy to read workouts. I knocked a star off this particular program because some of the moves are a little bit too advanced for beginners (handstand pushups). I would love to see more alternatives or ways to work up to certain difficult exercises. That said, I would recommend all EFM programs.

Like so many people, the gym closure crushed me psychologically. I’m a 57 year old man, with significant health issues. Working out with dumbbells (I call it PT) keeps my injured body working and functional,the best it can. I was skeptical at best about body weight training, not having done it for 40 years. To my surprise, I have had significant improvement in both functionality and body composition, as well as less overall pain. I’ve put on several pounds of muscle in a relatively short amount of time and have enjoyed the freedom of exercising outdoors. Can’t wait to see where the next few months take me,and eventually see the carryover once the gyms reopen! Being a former power lifter, I will always use weights to some degree, but will definitely cycle in what is contained in the course for the rest of my life. Thank You so much for the new enthusiasm, and teaching an Old Dog new tricks. To never going backwards again, I am sincerely thankful..Scott
This program is awesome and I was free, it’s laid out better then most the programs I’ve paid for!!! I would recommend it to anyone trying to get in better shape and healthier, no equipment functional fitness.
The exercises actually makes your heart rate go up and burn a lot of calories but some exercises are a little bit advance for my strength so had to adapt them to my level
I found the workouts to be good, but rather basic for me. I've been able to be more creative on my own, but I could certainly see how this could benefit others.
This at home workout is great!! Definitely helping in keeping me busy while having to stay at home during this time.
Loved the leg day workouts from this program, but had some trouble finding the space to do some of the arm workouts at home. I was able to do some of the exercises, though, and tried to improvise to make up for the ones I wasn't able to do with my limited space! Thank you for providing such a great program during these crazy times!
New to all this due to the unusual climate right now, so appreciate having a detailed plan and visual content to figure all this out!
I will be using this program every time I’m Forced to workout at home or on the road . It is efficient, effective and you can literally do the workouts anywhere. The warmups prep the muscles for each workout . Each workout is challenging and spaced out perfectly w the programmed rest periods.
An excellent program -- has added structure to what would otherwise be a really tough time. The workouts are so well balanced and the right volume (I always program too much when doing it for myself and have to scale back).
It is nice to have this with our current circumstances.

Only a couple weeks in, for a bodyweight program, this is definitely a great one to follow and not time consuming at all and has great instruction videos to show the movements, some movements are a bit advanced but can be very easy to break down to learn how to advance if you just look them up
