I think it has been working well. Only thing is it smells like **** and is a pain to mix, even in very hot water. I ended up buying two because of the reviews so hopefully I can figure out a better way to use it. Will buy again if the gummy recipe works better or else I may stick to collagen instead.
I always add it to my protein shake and I feel so much better when I use it. My joints feel so much better after my workout when using it. I definitely feel the difference if I don't use it.

It’s an interesting product as it is best used in warm foods/liquids for it to dissolve. It’s great to know that a scoop in your food/bev is giving you that added protein and recovery!
I haven't had enough time to see any results but I have a hard time getting it to dissolve.
I’ve been using EFM gelatin for almost a year now, the greatest improvement I’ve noticed is how smooth all my joints feel. I tend to take the gelatin in my morning coffee every day, if I happen to skip a day or run out and can’t have it in my coffee for a few days I really notice the difference in my knees, they’ll feel stiff. After growing up with an active life of karate, ballet and now participating in CrossFit being able to have my joints feel free and mobile is definitely on the top of my list

I’ve been using the gelatin pro for over a month now, and added it into my morning regime on top of using the Missing Link collagen. I didn’t realize just how much these two were doing for me in joint health and recovery until I ran out of them and had not received my next shipment. My joints felt achy and slow, as soon as I received my shipment and was able to add my mix of gelatin and collagen back into my daily routine I went back to smooth, fast recovery after workouts and very limited pain even after an injury. I’ll continue to purchase this gelatin and adding it to my morning coffee as long as its available.
Doesn't mix well even in hot drinks and has a very distinct taste. I've tried tea, protein shakes, bcaas and even food. Nothing masks the taste. I do feel a difference in recovery but I prefer super collagen, it has the same taste but mixes better .
