Whey Back Protein Cinnabites

On the hunt for a delicious new protein treat? Look no further. This sweet cinnamon protein treat will help your crush your macros AND your cravings!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 scoop EFM Whey Back Vanilla Protein
1 TBSP coconut flour
1 TBSP melted coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 oz full fat cream cheese

Directions:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine: EFM Vanilla whey, almond flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, egg, vanilla extract and organic maple syrup in bowl.
3.Place the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes to slightly harden.
4.Once the 10 minutes are up, place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle the coconut sugar over the dough and generously sprinkle with the cinnamon. 
5.Divide into 8 equal balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet.
6.Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool before drizzling melted cream cheese on top.
