National Ice Cream Month is almost over! But not before we could make this delicious frozen treat. This Strawberry Banana Ice Cream by our friend Amee at Amee's Savory Dish is the perfect dish to cool off with.
8 whole, frozen strawberries
1/2 banana, frozen and sliced into 1″ pieces
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Strawberry Whey (we also added 1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Banana Whey)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a food processor or Vitamix. Blend until smooth and creamy. Blend it until it has the texture of soft-serve ice cream. You can enjoy it immediately or freeze for 1-2 hours in a sealed container for a more traditional ice cream texture.
